Platform For Investment Holdings
The Loyalty business of Investment Holdings provided member-based websites for its clients on a third-party loyalty platform that lacked flexibility and needed lengthy IT processes every time upgrades were required.
They required a new platform that was simple to use, allowed for faster time to market, and allowed for white labelling and customising so that Investment Holdings’ many clients could use the loyalty platform under their own brand. Investment Holdings was fragmentedly managing many sites across multiple CMSs, resulting in a disrupted customer and author experience.
We led the initial re-platforming of the Investment Holdings Loyalty platform called “Globe 5” on AEM 5.6, including conducting solution architecture reviews and recommending a new architecture, conducting several POCs to measure solution feasibility and designing and implementing a personalization approach for the new platform via AEM and Adobe Target integration.
- We upgraded the next generation of the Globe 5 platform on AEM 6.3, including upgrading existing AEM 5.6 back-end services to function in AEM 6.3
- We leveraged AEM’s Multi-Site Manager to automate content publishing to multiple regions, and allow regional authors control over their respective parts of the website, as well as AEM’s Digital Asset Manager (DAM) to host and organize Investment Holdings’s library of digital assets
Investment Holdings was able to provide upgraded member sites that were easier to maintain, manage, and personalise for its clients. Clients who used the Globe 5 platform benefited from improved white labelling and customising experiences, as well as improved authoring and update capabilities.
We were able to successfully construct a centralised CMS that was totally owned and operated by Investment Holdings. Investment Holdings used the DAM to host and organise their extensive library of digital assets across regions and languages, as well as to serve as a generic content repository. The metadata and tagging system facilitated faster and more effective content filtering and search.
