360 Technology is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise transformation programs across our client portfolio. This role is suited for someone who can combine hands-on delivery, clear communication, and practical problem-solving in a consulting environment.
What you will do
Responsibilities
Elicit and document business requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and operational needs.
Partner with product owners, architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders throughout delivery.
Analyze systems, data, integrations, and workflow impacts to support practical solution design.

Qualifications
Experience as a business analyst or systems analyst on enterprise technology delivery programs.
Strong requirements, process mapping, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to understand technical constraints and explain them in business terms.
