360 Technology is looking for a GenAI Application Engineer to support enterprise transformation programs across our client portfolio. This role is suited for someone who can combine hands-on delivery, clear communication, and practical problem-solving in a consulting environment.
What you will do
Responsibilities
Develop AI-enabled applications using model APIs, retrieval patterns, orchestration, and application services.
Implement evaluation, prompt management, source attribution, guardrails, and monitoring for AI workflows.
Collaborate with product, data, security, and platform teams to move prototypes into production patterns.
What you bring
Qualifications
Experience with TypeScript or Python, APIs, application development, vector search, and generative AI patterns.
Understanding of RAG, prompt evaluation, model behavior, permissions, and responsible AI controls.
Ability to build pragmatic software while navigating ambiguity in emerging AI use cases.
