Guide engineering teams on coding standards, architecture decisions, code reviews, and release readiness.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to deliver secure and maintainable software.

Qualifications
Strong Java, Spring Boot, REST API, SQL, and service-oriented architecture experience.
Experience leading developers through delivery planning, code quality, testing, and production support.
Understanding of cloud deployment, DevSecOps practices, and application modernization patterns.
