Responsibilities
Build ServiceNow applications, flows, forms, scripts, integrations, reports, and catalog experiences.
Partner with process owners to simplify workflows and align configuration with operating needs.
Support testing, release management, documentation, and production issue resolution.

Qualifications
Experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, Flow Designer, integrations, and platform administration.
Understanding of ITSM, workflow design, access controls, and enterprise service operations.
Ability to collaborate with business users, platform owners, and technical teams.
