360 Technology is looking for a Sr. Appian Developer to support enterprise transformation programs across our client portfolio. This role is suited for someone who can combine hands-on delivery, clear communication, and practical problem-solving in a consulting environment.
What you will do
Responsibilities
Design Appian applications, process models, records, reports, interfaces, and integrations for client delivery programs.
Translate business workflow needs into scalable low-code architecture with reusable components and clear governance.
Partner with analysts, QA, and client stakeholders to move solutions from requirements through production support.
What you bring
Qualifications
Hands-on Appian design and development experience across enterprise workflow applications.
Strong understanding of integration patterns, data modeling, security roles, and production troubleshooting.
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and explain technical options clearly.
